`BALKAN STREETS OF EUROPEAN VALUES`

Organizational board for the celebration of European Day in Nis, in cooperation with Palilula Municipality and City of Nis, organized on Saturday May 9 from 11 to 15 00 hours the manifestation titled `Balkan street of European values`. The programme of this manifestation comprised of further activities: Festival of civil society, Quiz of knowledge on EU for Nis primary school children, rock concert, Stand up show on the theme of myths and prejudices on EU.

Palilula Municipality-Project center of this Municipality promoted on its expo-stand its project activities realized within the neighborhood programme Bulgaria-Serbia with the support of IPA programme EU as well as examples of good practice and cooperation with the organizations of civil societies like it was an example with the work on common projects on energetic efficiency in construction and ecological education with Media ecologic net Serbia-EKOpolis, project on social centers with organization Idigo, association Protecta, Multimedia association of artists Emperor Constantine , KK Nonius.

From this year on , the organization of the manifestation of European Day in Nis is also supported officially by Delegation of European Union in Serbia.
